To locate a report you can search using any of these criteria

REPORT NUMBER, for example: YY-XXXXX (08-01234)
DATE, enter the date using this format: 11/15/05 or 03/04/06
NAME, enter the Driver's/Victim's last name. You can also enter the Driver's/Victim's first name to narrow your search.
LOCATION, enter the street name, if you are looking for a report that occurred at an intersection, enter one street name.
